Oooh, when I was in Rome earlier this year I bought my kids some multi-coloured pasta for their birthday - my daughter wanted to know if the black colouring was squid's ink. Do you know?

I loved the fortnight I spent around Sorento a few years back, but of the food, the only thing I can remember particularly are gnocci, polenta, and amareti biscuits.
