About Orlando

I grabbed a random book for the work commute and it turned out to be

Lovely picture.
There was a large article in The Times at the weekend about Finland (OK, it was in search of Father christmas). It said that Sam Fox is apparently very big in Finland (OK, she's big everywhere, nudge, nudge). I think your secret is out, Mrs Fox.
"Taiga in Sam Fox Doppelgänger Pre-Christmas Naughty Nordic Finland Shocker!"
I don't think that the Sun use multi-syllable words like Doppelgänger (especially not with a proper ä) and the Times certainly doesn't include phrases like Naughty Nordic.
But that's the idea, certainly.
Blimey! Where did you find that out?
Okay.
I am really just Some Fox and that three-dimensional only mentally, not physically. But I like the naughty nordic.
Dave, I feel almost certain that Taiga probably isn't Sammy after all. It's just a hunch. It's the creativity wot gives it away.
I've got a feeling Ms. Fox also pops up on German TV once in a while too. There are some fairly abysmal music shows on here where people clap along happily anyway, so she's not too out of place.
Hmm, window 20 coming up...
A-ha (continuing the Nordic and musical themes), found the article Dave mentioned.
What the fox?
I'm quite happy there is that 500-mile vast emptiness of central Finland between me and the Arctic Fox fans.
But of course I had to check that out, and there it was, written on the "most sold albums in Finland" -list:
Place 95. Samantha Fox, album Touch Me, 55870 sold copies
Hmm, year 1986, I think I preferred Take on Me more than Touch Me already then.
