Do Hattifatteners ski?

It´s almost unbelievable that just one week ago, when the boys had their first ride with Shetland ponies, it was - 25° C. Today it is sunny, + 3° C and the boys started their Moomin skiing school. I wonder if there´s enough snow? And how do Moomins actually ski?

So, as far as I know, there are now women presidents in Finland, Ireland, Chile and Liberia. But is that really all or have I forgotten someone?

I´ve actually got a 6" blonde Scandinavian husband at home, but I still managed to give my vote for the president yesterday.

Yesterday the kids learned why it is not easy to lick frozen metal

It´s - 20 º C outside, but the freezing breeze has ended finally. I´m thinking if there´s any reason why to live here, but it´s too foxing cold to think.

Today I dressed my kids in outfits like these:
normal underwear, merino woolen undershirt and drawers, cotton trousers and shirt, merino woolen zip suit, woolen pants and sweater, normal socks and woolen socks, winter shoes, merino woolen hat, quilted hat, woolen knittens, quilted gloves, knitted scarf and quilted overall.

They looked like miniature Michelin men, except they were amazingly fast. Maybe they are playing the game they invented yesterday:

Kissy-Pete comes behind the tree and tries to kiss everybody. If he´s lucky to catch someone he can give a kiss while the others shout "Funky-Ann" as loud as they can. Then comes Funky-Ann and wipes the kiss away.

Rogo the Crab, who had poisonous spots, small stings, hot poisonous dishwater and tiny hot needles, bit the fox´s leg. Rogo the Crab had sharper teeth than fox´s claws. The fox shouted: ”Quack! ” and sprang up into the air. Colourball was safe.

The Colourball had a fight with the strong fox, but he was too skinny and got a wound in his face.
The Colourball said: ”Muks, Fox!”

Fox Blog vol.1

First time blogger here and I haven´t got a clue about this.
I come from the forests of Finland, so pardon me if and when I can´t spell.

I haven´t seen the sun since the beginning of November, I think. Today the two sons of the Fox are going to practice some skiing.

Yesterday my older son, 5, announced his stage name, which is Johan Longley. So therefore the younger brother, 3, shall use his second name too and is now been called Anton.

Johan Longley, 5, said he's going to make movies later in his life and told me he would start by making some "X-Ray movies", because he´s going to be a doctor as well. The ultimate fan woman in me aroused immediately when my toughts were directed towards Green Wing :)

Just now there is some kind of a fight in the room of the little foxes. Better to go before there is a real need of doctors here...
