BiB, I have to confess I photoshopped it a bit. Also, I think I shooted another one as well, just have to find it somewhere. Have been taking quite a bunch of photos lately.
Dave, yes they do. I think someone gets the cake too, at least the first baby born on that day. And possibly the mayor.
